Matt heads up 323’s operations department and ensures that everything stays on track. Matt went to UGA and lived most of his life in Georgia so that’s how he became a Dawg! Lol, he was born in Indiana. Growing up in the Hoosier state, Matt couldn’t stop himself from becoming an IU fan.

Now that he lives in Georgia, he occasionally gets a little confused. I guess we’re ok with him being a Georgia fan too (even though it’s just for football 🙄). When he’s not watching one of these 2 teams (which isn’t often), Matt really enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Matt is married to his wife, Lauren, and they have three children (Connor, Julia & Gracie).
