Dynamic, growing sports company seeks an administrative marvel to pull all of their work together!
323 Sports is based in Raleigh, NC and supplies uniforms and equipment to schools and organizations all over the country. We represent major national brands, but we also have our own in-house brands that have really taken off. We have seasoned sales representatives located throughout the southeast with territories covering the entire United States. Right now, we are looking for someone to keep everything moving, eliminate bottlenecks, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
The administrative assistant is a full-time position that will report directly to the company’s co-founders and help them manage the day-to-day oversight of the company’s operations. Among other duties, this position will be responsible for:
• Ordering products to maintain and manage orders
• Managing our company calendar
• Scheduling internal and external events/meetings
• Managing and organizing daily paperwork needs
• Maintaining regular communication with our vendors
• Answering company phone calls
• Assisting with various order management tasks
The person who fills this position will be able to work 100% from home, with an occasional in-person meeting. A local candidate is preferred, but we value skills over location so we can be flexible in the right situation.
We generally work standard office hours Monday-Friday, but again we are flexible as long as the work gets done. Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and previous work experience.
