323 Sports

One of the best parts of my job at 323 Sports is the opportunity I have to work with different non-profit organizations that are seeking to make a difference in the lives of others. One of these groups (Bridge 2 Sports) recently contacted us to see if we could help outfit their wheelchair basketball teams with some new uniforms (pictured above). We jumped at the opportunity!

Bridge 2 Sports is a special group of people whose primary mission is to help disabled youth and adults “Find the Player Within” through the power of adapted sports. They work with several different age groups and offer a variety of different sports including wheelchair basketball, air rifle, archery, cycling, fishing, kayaking, golfing, volleyball and more…

What they are doing for disabled young people and adults is truly remarkable. It’s easy to look at this list of sports through our own personal experiences and fail to see all the incredible work that goes into each event. The effort that is put forth just to attend is nothing short of inspiring. Let’s take wheelchair basketball for example. There is a special type of wheelchair that must be used and transported to each event. Then there’s the travel time of each participant. As you can imagine, not every town can offer these types of events so several of the players will travel hundreds of miles just for practice! What an awesome group and mission!

We are beyond excited to have a small part in this incredible work that is impacting the lives of so many people. If you would like to learn more about Bridge 2 Sports and what they’re doing to make a difference, please visit their website at https://www.bridge2sports.org/.
